RESIDENCE SHOWCASED IN BEND LIVING

Rozewski & Co., Designers was honored with a feature article in BEND LIVING as well as her sister publication BEND LIVING HOME. The 5000 square foot home incorporates ICF wall construction boasting an r value nearing r-60. Reclaimed timbers were used in the framing and finish work both on the exterior beamwork as well as the interior woodwork. Exterior and interior wall finishes incorporate an "arcustone " finish, a resin based concrete wash. Melrose Construction, the General Contractor for the project was instrumental in orchestrating the installation of these age old yet state of the art materials into noteworthy residential architecture.

CARRERA BMW SERVICE CENTER COMPLETED

The new Carrera BMW Service Center and Showroom facility was opened to rave reviews. The new BMW facilility along with her sister building Club Carrera round out the Carrera Motors campus. The 14,000 facility will provide tech service for the BMW family of automobiles along with a state of the art showroom to display the new lines of BMW automobiles.

McEACHRON'S MOVE INTO NEW NORTH RIM HOME

Brian & Valetta McEachron moved from their honeymoon in Hawaii to their new home in North Rim. The Tuscan influenced home built by Sound Construction of Bend boasts ICF (Insulated Concrete Forms) walls, reclaimed timber beams and barrel tile roof. Drawn from the carefull proportions of the classis Tuscan Style, this 5000 square foor home, featured in Bend Living Magazine, will be a jewel in the North Rim Landscape.
