RESIDENCE SHOWCASED IN BEND LIVINGRozewski & Co., Designers was honored with a feature article in BEND LIVING as well as her sister publication BEND LIVING HOME. The 5000 square foot home incorporates ICF wall construction boasting an r value nearing r-60. Reclaimed timbers were used in the framing and finish work both on the exterior beamwork as well as the interior woodwork. Exterior and interior wall finishes incorporate an "arcustone " finish, a resin based concrete wash. Melrose Construction, the General Contractor for the project was instrumental in orchestrating the installation of these age old yet state of the art materials into noteworthy residential architecture. |

CARRERA BMW SERVICE CENTER COMPLETEDThe new Carrera BMW Service Center and Showroom facility was opened to rave reviews. The new BMW facilility along with her sister building Club Carrera round out the Carrera Motors campus. The 14,000 facility will provide tech service for the BMW family of automobiles along with a state of the art showroom to display the new lines of BMW automobiles."I've known Jim as a friend and as a client since 1979.
